About GovPayPlan, eCourtDate's Payment Platform
GovPayPlan is the payment processing platform of eCourtDate. eCourtDate provides court date reminders, communications, and case management to courts and justice agencies in 24 states. GovPayPlan handles the payments those agencies collect.
What we do
We process payments for courts and government agencies and give their staff the records to reconcile each deposit. Agencies publish a portal, accept payments at the counter and in the field, place payers on plans, and receive payouts on a published schedule with a settlement statement for each.
We publish our rates and fix them for the term of each Service Plan. Processing fees are paid by the payer as a disclosed convenience fee, and the agency receives the full amount owed.
How we work with agencies
Merchant registration, portal configuration, and staff training run in parallel, and most agencies are live within days. Training includes live sessions, video tutorials, and written guides at help.govpayplan.com. Support remains available after launch by phone and email during business hours.
