Pricing

Rates are published on this page and fixed for the one-year term of each Service Plan. Processing fees are paid by the payer as a disclosed convenience fee, and the agency receives the full amount owed. This page is price sheet version 1.0, dated August 2026; its terms are the terms in the Service Plan agreement.

Minimum fees

Each payment is charged the percentage rate or the minimum fee, whichever is greater. It is never both, and nothing is added on top of the percentage. Minimum fees reflect the fixed per-transaction costs charged by the payment networks. At $2.00 for card and wallet and $1.00 for bank, they are about half the small-payment minimums common among national providers.

Payer-funded convenience fees among national court and government payment providers commonly run 2.85% to 5.25%, with online minimums of $3.50 to $3.99 and higher surcharges for phone payments at some providers.
